Announcement to Overseas Exhibitors

Dear Exhibitors,

We, Office of the PIS would like to express our gratitude to overseas companies and partners who have applied for the “Preview In SEOUL 2020(Sep 7~9)”.

We are closely monitoring the status of COVID-19. Recently, most of the exhibitions in Korea are held as planned in compliance with the social distancing measure(distancing in daily life, step 1) and PIS 2020 also will be held as scheduled.

However, the Korean government mandates self-isolation for 14-day for all travelers entering Korea from abroad, regardless of nationality.

At present, it is possible to participate in PIS 2020 through an agent office in Korea, but it is practically impossible to join exhibition directly upon arrival to Korea.

With the continuation of COVID-19 uncertainty, please kindly understand that PIS 2020 is inevitably decided to be held mainly by domestic exhibitors.

Overseas exhibitors who have paid the participation fee will be notified with refund procedure.

All in all, we do hope COVID-19 pandemic can be ended early, so that all the exhibitors participate in PIS 2021, as usual.
