Despite graceful touch and premium properties, natural fabrics have been known to be difficult to handle and maintain. But now they are transforming to be easy-to-handle materials. With advancement of diverse technologies in spinning, weaving and post processing, new materials to overcome the limitation of natural fabrics are gaining attention.

  ㅇ As it becomes easier to wash and manage and is added with new functionality of quick dry, windproof and waterproof while keeping its unique properties intact, now the fabrics come with much stronger marketability for the future.

Preview In SEOUL 2021 will introduce diverse premium natural fabrics, responding to the increasing demand in the market with growing awareness on sustainable materials.

  ㅇ ‘TAIHAN TEXTILE with one-stop manufacturing system from cotton spinning to complete production introduces diverse items from textile of 100% organic cotton with UV screening to functional textile in mixture of recycled polyester and organic cotton with water repellent and windproof functionality along with elasticity.

 ㅇ ‘DI DONGIL introduces high-end knitted fabrics with diverse properties and weaving texture including TransDRY adding the functionality of perspiration absorption and fast dry on 100% cotton to make it dry 40% faster than general cotton.

 ㅇ ‘DAENONG CORPORATION introduces products of blended yarn and textile made with eco-friendly ingredients to respond to growing demand for natural and eco-friendly fabrics, including BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) certified cotton, and tencel and modal earning carbon neutral certification.

 ㅇ ‘KAYJUNE COMPANY introduces organic cotton, earning international organic fabric certificate for entire manufacturing process(GOTS, OCS, etc), along with diverse eco-friendly fabrics. These fabrics are added with functionality and convenience, on top of eco-friendliness, being made with 100% organic fleece, cotton, hemp or mixed with recycled polyester and spandex.

 ㅇ ‘BAEKYOON T&F is a leading manufacturer of linen and ramie and introduces new linen fabrics with improved touch added with elasticity of spandex on sophisticated patterns and colors. It will also introduce new wool and cotton items developed for F/W season.

 ㅇ ‘BJ SILK introduces items with quality and trendiness, based on 30-year know-how on silk and woven silk manufacturing. Wool and silk blended fabrics coming in diverse texture of twill, jacquard and others extend the use of silk to causal wears and work wears with easy care and waterproof functionality.

 ㅇ You can also meet many wool manufacturers delivering the great comfort of wearing and convenience, being blended with synthetic fabrics at PIS. HENG CHUANG TEXTILE established a wool carding factory in China to introduce more than 50 project items of wool and cashmere blend and bonded wool fabrics at reasonable prices every year.
