  • What is the difference between Raw space and Package Booth?

    (Raw Space) The organizer offers booth space only and an exhibitor can construct its own booth.
    Raw space can be requested from a minimum order of 4 booths (36m2 ).
      * The construction of a raw space booth must be carried out by one of the partner companies authorized by COEX, the exhibition hall organizer, for the safe and efficient management.
    (Package Booth) The organizer offers well-equipped booth so an exhibitor can display only.
      * Basic equipments : Table (1ea) + Chairs (4ea), Information desk (1ea) + Chairs (1ea), Hangers or Shelves (5ea), Pytex flooring, Company sign, Spotlight, Electric outlet

  • When can be available to move-in and display exhibition items?

    (Raw Space) It is available to construct its own booth and display exhibition items from 08:00 to 20:00 in 1-2 days before the exhibition starts.
    (Package Booth) It is available to move-in and display exhibition items from 14:00 to 18:00 in 1 day before the exhibition starts.

  • When can be available to move-out exhibition items?

    It is available to move out exhibition items from 17:00 last day of exhibition.
    An exhibit move-out form which can be received in an organizers’ office must be completed and submitted to the COEX office before 17:00, if an exhibitor wants to move-out exhibition items before 17:00.
    Please note that they can get a penalty as disadvantage on booth allocation in next exhibition.

  • How can I prevent the events of lost or theft problem?

    It is necessary to keep eyes on its own booth all the times due to complicated exhibition hall. All the responsibility for the lost or theft problem is on its exhibitor. Therefore, please pay attention to prevent this problem during the exhibition and move-in/move-out exhibition items.

  • When will be a booth cleaned during the exhibition?

    A booth should be cleaned by its own exhibitor due to possible of lost and theft problem. Garbage accumulated during the exhibition must be disposed by the each exhibitor in the disposal area located on the edge of the exhibition hall. An Aisle of the exhibition hall will be cleaned by the organizer before and during the exhibition.

  • How can I apply for an Exhibitor Pass?

    Exhibitor Pass is for admission of exhibitor to exhibition hall during the date related to exhibition. Exhibitor Pass can be applied in MY PAGE on PIS web-site in 6 weeks before the exhibition starts. It is available to get Pass at the application desk on entrance “A” from 13:00 in 1 day before the exhibition starts.

  • What is standard for booth allocation?

    The organizer allocates booth all at once based on booth size, exhibition items and time of application.

  • How can I register images for a directory? And what is the maximum number of images I can do?

    Images can be up-loaded on ‘MY PAGE-Exhibition Request Info-Directory Info’ after log-in to PIS web-site. There is no limit on the number of images. Please up-load high-resolution image files to be printed clearly.

  • Is it available to decorate a booth interior by exhibitors’ own?

    It is available to decorate booth interior design by exhibitors’ own but an exhibitor needs to beware of Precautions as follows.

  • Is there any discount for participation fee?

    Discount can be applied for Early application and Continuous participation. It can be combined together and total discount is available up to maximum 20%.
      * Early application discount 10% : The company which submits application and pay application fee during the announced early application period.
      * Continuous participation discount 10% : The company that participated in the last years’ PIS exhibition.
